By creating an account or using GA4 Monitor ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of GA4 Monitor, accessible at https://ga4monitor.com.
GA4 Monitor is a subscription-based service that connects to your Google Analytics 4 properties via the Google Analytics Admin API and runs automated audit checks to assess data quality, configuration, and tracking integrity. The Service provides health scores, recommendations, alerts, and weekly digest reports.
You must be at least 18 years old to use GA4 Monitor. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately at hello@ga4monitor.com of any unauthorized use.
You must have the legal right to connect any GA4 property to GA4 Monitor. By connecting a property, you confirm you have permission from the property owner to grant us access.
GA4 Monitor is a paid subscription service. Pricing is displayed at ga4monitor.com/#pricing. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise GA4 Monitor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days notice of any price changes. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

GA4 Monitor integrates with Google Analytics APIs under Google's Terms of Service. Your use of Google services through our platform is also subject to Google's terms. You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We treat your GA4 data with strict confidentiality and do not share it with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime, missed audits, or data unavailability.
Support is provided via email at hello@ga4monitor.com. Response times are best-effort and not guaranteed within a specific timeframe unless otherwise agreed.
The GA4 Monitor software, design, audit logic, and content are owned by GA4 Monitor and protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own business purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.
Your GA4 data remains yours. We claim no ownership over any data you connect to GA4 Monitor.
GA4 Monitor is provided "as is". We make no warranties that the audit results are complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Audit findings are informational only and should be verified before acting on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GA4 Monitor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe harms other users or the integrity of the Service.
You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
